I created this semi-abstract for my living room since I love palm trees. The background is textured which is hard to see here. It's painted on a gallery wrapped canvas and is ready to hang although it can be framed. Comes with a Cert. of Auth. & Artist Bio. Created and copyrighted in 2006.
About Carol Sabo
Carol has been a professional artist for over fifty years, mastering calligraphy, watercolors and now acrylics. She studied at the Cooper School of Art in Cleveland, Ohio, and took many private classes but considers herself to be a self taught artist. Using lots of detail, bright and bold colors and sometimes a touch of humor, has won her many awards. She continues to win awards today. She has been published and has a painting in the Postal Museum of the Smithsonian. Carol is a realist so she paints what she sees in her particular style. She loves nature and enjoys painting flowers, landscapes and some abstracts. She applies a lot of layering in her paintings no matter the subject matter.
