I painted these calla lillies from a real bouquet I received on Mother's Day. Since the real leaves of the calla lily are not real interesting I used my more interesting style of leaf to make this flowers really stand out. Original for sale or a print on canvas, one size only. About Carol Sabo
Carol has been a professional artist for over fifty years, mastering calligraphy, watercolors and now acrylics. She studied at the Cooper School of Art in Cleveland, Ohio, and took many private classes but considers herself to be a self taught artist. Using lots of detail, bright and bold colors and sometimes a touch of humor, has won her many awards. She continues to win awards today. She has been published and has a painting in the Postal Museum of the Smithsonian. Carol is a realist so she paints what she sees in her particular style.
