An original watercolor and gouache on 140# w/c paper, under glass, double matted and framed in a beautiful wood frame with dust cover and wire on the back. Image size: 9.5"H x 13 3/8"W. Overall size: 18.25"H x 24"W. Over 300 hours of work in this detailed painting of a rural village during Christmas. A COLLECTORS Dream.

About Carol Sabo
Carol has been a professional artist for over fifty years, mastering calligraphy, watercolors and now acrylics. She studied at the Cooper School of Art in Cleveland, Ohio, and took many private classes but considers herself to be a self taught artist. Using lots of detail, bright and bold colors and sometimes a touch of humor, has won her many awards. She continues to win awards today. She has been published and has a painting in the Postal Museum of the Smithsonian. Carol is a realist so she paints what she sees in her particular style. She loves nature and enjoys painting flowers, landscapes and some abstracts. She applies a lot of layering in her paintings no matter the subject matter.
